Deposits, notice and how we do move-out

Your deposit is one month's rent and it is yours; we hold it and hand it back at the end of your notice, less anything broken, with a printed statement of what was kept and why. Notice is thirty days from either side. A student leaving at the end of the semester tells us in April and gets it back in May.
